Pick a plane ny plane, chance are Justin had some patents on it... he truly was Stanley's prolific patents dude

Bob, still sipping coffeeValley Woodworkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07322487171914484954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1627331616161641107.post-860138426745353072017-01-13T07:25:09.589-04:002017-01-13T07:25:09.589-04:00Thanks Derek. You make a good point, trying to use a No 45 with the long rods and fence fully extended is an exercise in frustrations for sure :-)
Havung just recently acquired that missing cam rest, i cannot say how useful or not it would be, but one thing for sure, lots of these combi planes with their accessories are
Indeed a solution looking for a problem :-)

Bob, who prefer using his woodies (hum, that kind of sound strange, doesnt it ? :-)Valley Woodworkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07322487171914484954noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1627331616161641107.post-44639653365461181622017-01-12T18:01:24.868-04:002017-01-12T18:01:24.868-04:00Ah ha! I guess he was to combination planes what Bailey was to bench planes.Matt McGranehttp://tinyshopww.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1627331616161641107.post-27524242517017054072017-01-12T16:58:25.230-04:002017-01-12T16:58:25.230-04:00Nice entry, Bob. Much easier (and probably faster after you've fiddled the morning away adjusting the plane) just to chop it out. Needless to say, my cam has sat in my 45 box unused for a long time.Derek Longhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07919744398323462327noreply@blogger.com
